Community Health Fair at the Latt Maxcy Memorial Library

Polk County Indigent Health Care – Health and Human Services Division will be offering free health screenings through BayCare and the Department of Health, free hearing tests through Central Florida Speech & Hearing, and a variety of resources from other organizations at the Latt Maxcy Memorial Library.
