The City of Frostproof website is undergoing modifications to provide enhanced access to documents for disabled individuals who are visually impaired and to comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to make reasonable accommodations. While these modifications are being made many documents have been removed. Free Tai Chi Yang Simplified Form with 24 postures. Wear loose fitting clothing and hydrate before class- Depot opens at 8 am. We will meet in Freedom Station Park near the Large Live Oak Tree.

Wednesdays and Saturdays through April 2nd.
