Please get everyone ready for the blood drive by making sure they are prepared to donate! How do you prepare?

Make sure that you drink plenty of water.

Eat well-balanced iron rich meals (especially the morning before donating),

Bring an ID with you on to the bus!

Make sure you limit your caffeine intake the morning before drive.
